It's been a while since my last confession I admit, and I did not do so well training wise during the last 5 days as well. Going to stay at friends, Christmas and all the gatherings have set me back a little bit.
My weight is still at the same level, 195lbs and today I started the next level in P90 which is the sculpt 3-4 series. It adds one more circuit and is more difficult than the first series by a long shot.
I did ok but I was definitely winded after the last circuit and my arms and shoulder now feel like Jello. I am sure that the sweat 3-4 will be as challenging tomorrow. We'll see.
