Day 26 of 90 to a slimmer me - Saved the day

I usually wake up early and do my workout before the rest of the family wakes up. It gives me access to the living room as I like to workout there. Today my daughter woke up at the same time I did and I decided to postpone the workout until later that day.

In the past an incident like that might have caused me to find an excuse to not to do my workout at all and maybe stop my routine dead in it's tracks. But not today, I drove my wife to work, played with my daughter for a while then put her down for a nap.

I knew then that I had enough time to complete my workout without any interruptions and I could get back on track as for tomorrow is my rest day, not today. My workout went well and I still need to reach to be able to complete the 1-2 sweat routines. I cramp up in my legs during the jumps but other than that I'm doing pretty good.
