Day 14 to a slimmer me - Routines

It's been more than two weeks now and I am well established in my new routine but I think I'm going to kick it up a notch. At this time I wake up at 7 am and have a quick breakfast. I wake up my daughter at 7:30 and get her ready for school. When I come back I putter around for a bit and usually start my workout at 9 am and done between 9:40 and 9:50 depending on the workout. I cool of and then hit the shower between 10 and 11.

So in fact all I'm achieving between the time I get up and 11 o'clock is breakfast, helping my daughter and doing my workout. I seem to be waiting for something to happen.

This is what I know I should do. Up at 6 am. Breakfast. 6:30 to 7:30 workout. 7:30 wake my daughter up and get her breakfast. I shower up. 8:30 she's off to school and I'm ready for my day. At this time I have 3 hours to do what ever I need, or even better I could have until 1:30 pm if I need to do something and be ready for my wife to go to work.

I will be starting that tomorrow and I'll keep you posted on the results.
