Day 16 of 90 to a slimmer me - No gain, or is it loss?

I weighed myself this morning and I actually gained a pound since Monday. It seems that the scales do not want to cooperate with my efforts. I am not worried, for I know that I have been eating a well balanced diet that is between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and that I've done my workout everyday since day 1.

It is just a matter of re-distribution I think. I feel better and my clothes are not as tight as they were so I know I am making a difference. I think I can see it in my face (read chin), but that could be my subconscious telling me I did change. I am in the middle of week 3 of 12. 3 lbs lost on my goal of 12 to 18. On track.
