Well, today I almost made it through the entire circuit without stopping. This is a big change since day 1. I have mentioned before that I do not have a powerful upper body, and the circuit is comprised of 3 series of push-up.
The first series is 15 push-ups regular, then 15 push-ups wide, then it's 7-7-7 which are regular, close and wide. I can do the first 2 now, although I struggle for the 2nd one. The third series is still difficult for me but I'm getting closer, today it was 7-5-6. A few more and I'll be ready for the next step and we'll do it all over again.
It's a big change from day one. I wonder how much better it'll be at day 90.
