Getting up at 6 am is now into my routine as I wake up before the buzzer and I am quick to jump out of bed and get going. I start my day with some vitamins and some supplements and a large glass of water. I fill up another glass and get going on my workout.
I am doing progress and this morning I was 4 push ups shy of doing the complete workout. Pretty cool as the first week I recall being miles from thinking I could complete the workout in it's entirety. I should be there before I reach the halfway point and change to sculpt 3-4.
I have decided not to worry about weight for now and keep on trucking. I keep a well balanced diet and avoid the extra calories I do not need at this point. I will still be sociable for the holidays but everything in moderation should be my guide, now and from now on. 4 more workouts then I'll take the pics. See you then.
