Today I pushed myself during the cardio 1-2 and abs workout. I am almost there. Still a bit of cramping which is the main reason I am not 100% complete with the workout. I am confident that it will soon,
I have found old dumbbells and I am going to use them tomorrow. I a large leap but I think I can do it. They are both 11 lbs which is more that twice the weight I was using. I was easily making the 15 reps with the old weight. I will hopefully start at the 8 reps for each exercise then think my strategy again when I get to 15 reps.
A little tired today as I went out last night but still got up at 6 am. probably going to be at 10 tonite.
